Cancellation Policy
Pamper Party Terms & Conditions Booking Requirements * A minimum of 6 paying guests and a maximum of 25 guests is required per party. * All treatments must be carried out on the day of the party. * All guests must adhere strictly to the treatment schedule. Late arrivals may result in missed treatments, with no refund given. * Full upfront payment is required for all attendees at the time of booking. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made up to 7 days before the party: Full refund * Cancellations made 3–6 days before the party: 50% refund. * Cancellations made less than 3 days before the party: Non-refundable. Pre-Treatment Requirements Certain treatments (e.g., facials, microdermabrasion) may require a patch test 24 hours prior to the party. Failure to complete this may result in refusal of treatment with no refund. All attendees must complete a medical/assessment form prior to the treatment day to avoid disappointment. Therapists reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments on the day if medical or skin conditions are present. Alternative treatments may be offered where appropriate, but refunds will not be given. Client Responsibilities * Provide clean towels for each guest. * Ensure access to hot water and a safe, clean, and private space suitable for treatments. * Provide a means for rubbish disposal generated from treatments. Health & Safety * Guests must disclose all relevant medical conditions in advance. * Certain treatments, including microdermabrasion and some massages, are not suitable for: Pregnant women * Individuals with certain medical contraindications (to be assessed via the medical form * Therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if health risks are identified. --- Liability * All therapists are fully insured and provide professional services. * Therapists are not responsible for: * Pre-existing medical conditions * Allergic reactions where full disclosure was not made, or after verbal consent has been given by client to use products after discussed. * Injuries or side effects arising from non-disclosure of medical information
